This is the first book I read from Janelle Milanes and I have to say, she did not disappoint! I love rock music, I love rock band genre books, and I love main characters that are learning how to overcome their shyness. This was a win-win for me all around.

Before You (Before and After, #1) by Amber Hart
This book takes place in Florida and senior year is just starting for the characters. Just One Night (Just One Day, #2.5) Gayle Forman
This was the best novella I have ever read! This story had me smiling from ear to ear, my heart was fluttering like crazy and filled with lollipops and rainbows. ❤ After the way Forman ended the first two novels, of course I was going to be fully interested in this novella. Just One Night is a beautiful ending to the series. These character driven companion novels left me feeling like there is still hope in this world no matter what may occur in life.
